Lived here for almost 2 years and being able to walk straight to the beach was amazing. Ruth is the kindest park manager we have come across. Always answers the phone, always very fair and respectful. Our kids had a blast in our spot and we will truly miss it!!! Having the beach and the highschool track to get all of our energy out was very fortunate. To whomever takes over our spot, I hope you love the mint I planted!!!!

We love this place!
We stayed for a week in May 2011, with our yorkie.
The detached cabins are great and very quiet.
We even had the privilege of seeing young eagles playing in the sky about the field.
The town’s people are wonderful!
Talked with a few of the residents of the adjoining mobile home park, they were also very friendly!
We’ll stay again, when ever in the area!!!!!

Invite everyone to visit Gold Beach and drive through the Rogue Pacific Mobile Home/RV Park and Cottages. We have cottages that date back to the 1930’s, a quiet and comfortable place to live. RV, mobile home and monthly Ocean View cabins to rent. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, gift shoppes and Hospital.

Also fishing on the Rogue River and Summer Season Jet Boat Rides!

The cottages are beautiful and the ocean view is spectacular. Clean,quiet residential park.The manager,Ruth,is very helpful,warm and welcoming.This place is a gem in Gold Beach!

These are OCEAN VIEW COTTAGES! I was shocked to see a manufactured home community on the coast! And it’s so adorable, and affordable. a girlfriend of mine has been looking for housing for a few months now and she stumbled upon this community. What a great Community!
